Specialist Systems/Solutions Analyst at Paracon

They are actively looking for a Specialist Systems/Solutions Analyst to join their passionate DevOps team in Johannesburg.

You will be responsible for leveraging specialist analysis and testing tools, frameworks, techniques and practices to elicit, define and organise business requirements. You will be translating and documenting business requirements into user stories and specifications (Full Stack, Cross-System) detailing integration points, business and associated risk/opportunities to be realised.

You will also work collaboratively within squads during design and delivery activities including assuming responsibility for manual application testing processes, frameworks and outcomes.

To apply, you need to have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Commerce or Business Administration coupled with 6-8 years’ solid experience in Business- and Systems Analysis.

You need to have at least 5 years’ system and integration design experience as well as have experience with Agile methodologies and working embedded within an Agile team/teams.

You also need to have:

•  Banking domain experience;
•  Development experience;
•  Experience working with multidisciplinary teams; and,
•  Coaching and mentoring experience (6-8 years’).
