Sports Secretary at Curro Holdings Ltd

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Reporting directly to the Head of Sport
• Administration
• Engaging with parents, coaches and teachers

Duties required:

• General administration
• Procurement of sporting goods
• Assisting with specified sporting events e.g. Gala’s and Athletics days
• Updating communication platforms i.e. D6, MyHub, WhatsApp etc
• Arranging teas and catering for sport fixtures
• Administration wrt sport and culture awards and certificates
• Dealing with external service providers and events
• Assisting with budget and finance matters
• Ability to assist with the sport program would be an advantage however not essential

Competencies/Skills/Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to use initiative.
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Computer literacy especially MS Excel and Word
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work under pressure
