Job Description

Join our newly formed Procurement Department. Our third party relationships are an integral part of our ability to deliver quality service to our clients. Our newly formed Procurement department play a vital role in ensuring our supplier relationships & contracts are managed as well as ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements in vendor management & outsourcing and establishing procurement and vendor management best practises.

We are now looking to appoint an SRM Manager who will, among other responsibilities, design, build and implement a SRM framework to deliver best in class supplier relationships that are compliant and deliver value. Aside from Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management this framework will create efficiencies, drive service excellence, and contribute to IG’s strategic goals. This is a key role within the Procurement function and will report to the Head of Procurement.

In addition to the above you will:

• Define and develop IG’s SRM Policies, processes & procedures
• Creation and Monitoring of Vendor KPIs at both contract and supplier level to track and report vendor performance.
• Identify areas of process improvement and drive improvement
• Influence and engage with the leadership population and key stakeholders to promote and embed the benefits and importance of SRM, promoting ownership and responsibility across the stakeholder base.
• Help increase the profile of SRM and deliver Vendor Training
• Collaboration with other members of the Procurement Team in terms of contributions to Processes, Systems and Tools, RFI, RFP and MSA/SOW development and negotiations
• Demonstrate SRM’s place in identifying and solving impactful issues and present to management as required.
