A role has become available for a Customer Service Clerk in our National Customer Services area for the Production and Supply Chain Department. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all orders are processed promptly and efficiently as per Customer’s requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by e-mail
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into the system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms, and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up on customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
