A role has become available for a Filing Clerk for our Depot in Kempton Park. The purpose of this role is to ensures that all filling is done in an orderly and correct manner. Filling must be up to date and be accessible when POD's are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes relevant documentation for dispatches by subcontractors and couriers.
Completion of all courier trip sheets (control form information) on Sage Ensure all couriers POD’s are received timeously from contract couriers.
All POD's/waybills required by other departments must be taken out and recorded. Answering all incoming telephone calls.
Assisting with queries from customers/depots. Maintains docubank and disposes of all expired documents as requested by the company Accountant.
Record all invoices and transfers and report short received to the Depot manager on a daily basis.
