A role has become available for an Operations Supervisor at Rosebank Garden Centre. The purpose of this role is to maximize the sales of the Company’s nursery range of products through effective displays maintenance of sales areas and assistance to customers in a helpful and friendly manner, offering advise as and when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides excellent, professional customer service at all times and fosters a positive working environment on the nursery floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all sales areas of the Nursery and to ensure that it is in a clean and tidy condition at all times
Management and repairs of Small Machinery and Property.
Assist in building, laying out, of marketing concepts, and overseeing the repackaging of promotional material.
Makes regular suggestions to management regarding innovative strategies to improve/maximise sales.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
A National Senior Certificate (NQF level 4) (essential).
Nursery Supervisor experience 3 years
