Grade 12 or equivalent; An NQF level 6 in Financial Accounting/ Financial Management/Economics / Public Finance/ Internal Audit, B com in Finance recognized by SAQA;
3 years’ experience in Financial Management environment. Knowledge of Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations,
Public Finance Management Act, and Budget Management; Knowledge of Division of Revenue Act (DORA), Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), Public Audit Act; Knowledge of Payroll administration; Budget management and costing.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas:
Monitor the Cash Flow Management for the province; Provide financial administration in the province;
Monitor the monthly Third Party Funds (TPF) Bank Reconciliation in the province; Implement and Monitor compliance;
