1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering controller support in order tprocess vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

RELATIONSHIPS AND PERSONAL ACTIVITIES

Directly responsible to:-

• Accountant
• Dealer Principal
• Delivering controller support

Process vehicle stock transactions according tpredefined work objectives and agreed standard operating procedures.

2.3 Relationships with:-

• Internal and External Customers, Sales Managers, Dealer Principal, all Staff, Suppliers and Trade Representatives and Agents.
• Tbe numerate and literate at the clerical level required.
• Autoline systems experience preferable.
• Thave received training in standard stock-keeping system used.
• Tuse stock control and location equipment.
• Tbe capable of courteous service tcustomers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Stock Controller in the motor industry.

Skills and Personal Attributes

Knowledge and skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have advanced Excel Skills
• Well-developed people management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of SCM
