RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Stock Controller to join our client’s team in Durban. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage inventory and ensure seamless stock operations within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels.
Update inventory records and prepare reports on stock levels and variances.
Identify and address potential inventory issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar role.
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
