Store Administrator | Stock Control Clerk at African Echoes Recruitment

• A luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands region is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stores Administrator to oversee the efficient management of stores and inventory.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, receiving and issuing stock, and ensuring all inventory is managed efficiently to support lodge operations.

REQUIREMENT: 

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Previous experience in stores, inventory control, or stock administration within the hospitality industry
• Computer literate with strong administrative skills
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with stock control systems advantageous
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock
• Issue stock to departments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Ensure stores are organised, secure, and maintained to a high standard
• Assist with procurement administration and supplier deliveries
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation 

PACKAGE: 

• R9,000 – R11,000 per month (DOE)
• Live-in accommodation provided
• Guest gratuities and the company gratuity scheme will commence once the lodge reopens in 2027 following refurbishment
