Job Description

• Our IT Store Projects Facilitator ensures that our stores are equipped with the right software and the right hardware at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and retail-specific applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering a high-quality service.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Must be able to engage with store on-site resources, mall management, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• IT Qualification or certification.
• 2 years’ IT experience setting up/working with the following:
• Peripheral devices e.g., card machines and iPad’s
• Point of Sale hardware & software 
• General Networking (Routers, switches) 
• Project management and ability to work within deadlines.
• Preventative Maintenance in the Store network.
• Great communication(telephone etiquette), admin & documentation skills
• Nice to have: Familiarity with mobile devices, digital displays, and customer engagement technologies. Experience in conducting technology training sessions and creating user documentation is a plus. 
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar certifications are desirable.
