Store Supervisor -North Coast at Talented Recruitment Specialists

• Pinetown - We’re seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to take full ownership of store operations, driving profitability, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving key sales and operational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for store performance, sales, and profitability
• Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop store teams including junior managers and supervisors
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
• Implement and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
• Manage stock control, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
• Ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• 2–3 years clothing retail experience (clothing retail essential)
• MUST have 2–3 years experience as a Supervisor
• Strong sales ability and target-driven mindset
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
