    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Strong ability to pick orders accurately against inventory and job cards.
    • Knowledge of proper material-handling practices, including ESD, FIFO, ROHS & REACH requirements.
    • High accuracy in counting, verifying, and identifying stock.
    • Experience with labelling, packing, storing, and bin allocation according to standard operating procedures.
    • Understanding of inventory compliance, audit documentation, and traceability requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform binning, physical placement of components, and update transactions accordingly.
    • Label and store items according to company standards.
    • Manage safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of materials.
    • Ensure bin allocation follows MRP, lot control, ESD, ROHS, REACH, FIFO, and all relevant stock-keeping rules.

    Cost & Inventory Control

    • Minimise risk by preventing loss, damage, and unnecessary scrapping of components.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory records.
    • Maintain and capture all movement transactions in real time.
    • Direct the flow of goods into, through, and out of storage facilities.
    • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to reducing waste and improving stock accuracy.

    Authorities & Compliance

    • File GRNs and inventory documentation for audit and traceability.
    • Ensure compliance with ROHS, REACH, lot control, and issuing requirements.
    • Maintain a clean, well-labelled, and compliant storage area.
