Strategy Consultant at Robert Walters

A Senior Strategy Consultant required to join a reputable Insurance company in Johannesburg and manage the organisations strategic objectives and plans.
In this role you would be required to work with business units and provide a range of Strategy consulting services to the business.
Responsibilities:

• Provide strategy development and execution support
• Research and Analytics
• Project Management
• Provide input to key business units on growth and innovation strategy
• Using sound research, quality analysis and strong numerical ability, devise analysis based strategy plans.
• Deliver innovation, growth and strategic operational improvement projects
• Conduct analysis to provide strategic recommendations, drive growth and improvement initiatives to address critical areas of the business
• Help business units to define strategic alternatives and formulate implementation plans to deliver result

Requirements:

• Min 3 year's Management Consulting experience
• Background in strategy and strategic projects
• Ability to conduct accurate qualitative research and analysis
• Manage projects on operational improvements
