    Structural Programme Coordinator

    Purpose of the position:

    • To provide supervision to the facilitators to achieve the effective implementation and coordination of structural programmes in TB HIV Care supported sites.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matric
    • Bachelor’s degree /diploma in social sciences/Health related qualification
    • Certified facilitator and beneficiary of PP_PREV program is advantageous
    • Two years’ experience working in the community
    • 2 years’ supervision experience
    • Clear criminal record
    • Preference will be given to qualifying candidates residing within district/ subdistrict
    • Living in the clusters identified
    • Ability to communicate in English and IsiXhosa languages
    • Computer literate in MS office
    • Valid driver’s license

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Collaborate with clinical staff to complete schools' baseline and AYFS profile
    • Compile outreach schedules for TVETs, schools and communities
    • Facilitate and gain entry into schools, TVETs, and communities
    • Maintain relationships with other stakeholders
    • Collaborate with AYFS champion and ensure provision of quality structural services in the community with bi –directional referrals.
    • Support youth care clubs linked to the supported facility.
    • Identify vulnerable Households in war rooms/OTL and fast track graduation.
    • Engage with AGYW, including attendance of and participation in community members meetings, DREAMS ambassador meetings and youth structures
