Student Accommodation Property Administrator: Bloemfontein, Free State at FS Personnel Recruitment

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Matric
• National Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Property Management
• Experience within Student Accommodation will be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Process and manage student accommodation applications and lease agreements
• Conduct credit checks and maintain accurate tenant records
• Monitor occupancy levels and report vacancies
• Generate monthly billings, statements, and account reconciliations
• Allocate and monitor rental payments
• Manage arrears, follow up on outstanding accounts, and resolve payment queries
• Issue letters of demand and assist with debt recovery processes
• Administer account closures, deposit refunds, and recoveries
• Assist the Property Manager with monthly reporting and administrative duties
