Job Description

To contact prospective customers to sell products and achieve set targets in compliance with set quality standards through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operations procedures (SOP’s). Effectively sell products and services to prospective students by meeting their needs which will result in closed sales to meet profit goals.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 1-2 years contact centre sales experience
• MS office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales target achievements:

• Meeting and exceeding closed sales goeals
• Manage client relationships, cold and warm interactions, scheduling and follow through interactions

Client services:

• Ensure superior customer service delivered at all times

General Administration:

• Maintain database, telephone logs and feedback and general reports
• Track appointments, sales, complaints, status reports etc
