Requirements

Minimum educational qualification:

• National Diploma (NQF level 5) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication or related.

Experience

• 2 years experience in a sales and target driven environment.
• 1 - 2 years of proven experience in a customer service experience in the Higher Education sector would be an advantage.
• Technology: Proven computer literacy: Excel intermediate, MS Office.
• Sales: Critical knowledge of Sales techniques.
• Corporate sales: Experience in marketing products to business and corporates.
• Communication: Formal
• Organisational: Manage and organise sales operations to achieve company and team goals

Skills Required

• Ability to understand student recruitment targets and devise plans to achieve them effectively
• Ability to conduct Business-to-Business presentations to drive sales and create brand awareness in the allocated zone. 
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. 
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Experience using systems to manage the student recruitment process
• Good analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Ability to implement a successful student recruitment strategy
• Team: Working as part of a team to achieve set goals and targets

• Advanced time management skills
