Subscriptions Customer Service Intern at Highbury Media

Responsibilities:

• Addressing customer complaints, responding to inquiries, and resolving common issues 
• Inbound phone support
• Email
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to resolution times, response rates, customer feedback, and service quality

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience in an inbound call centre environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed daily targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (email proficiency is especially important)
• Competent in using backend admin systems, and able to quickly learn new technologies
