Sundry Creditors Administrator at Tsebo Solution

Duties & Responsibilities

• All invoices are reviewed to be valid tax invoices & required amendments requested promptly from suppliers.
• Sundry creditors aging Analysis.
• Perform Creditor reconciliations on all sundry creditor accounts.
• Follow up on creditor reconciliations and ensure resolved timeously.
• Ensure that payments are released on time.
• Ensure Bank transactions are recorded/ imported into the system daily, thus minimising the backlog.
• Accurate payment preparation for review by Head of department and release by the finance team.
• Establish and maintain a healthy supplier relationship with all allocated vendor representatives and Tsebo and unit personnel for effective query resolution.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are always adhered to.

Qualifications

• Matric + relevant (completed or studying towards) 3 year qualification
