QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum of three (3) years working experience Municipal experience will serve as an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure implementation of WCWDM programme Conduct water audit and monitor municipal water balance
- Supervise installation and maintenance of water meters Ensure implementation and enforcement of water bylaws and water restrictions Advise Finance on water consumption/ billing disputes Ensure compliance to Department of Water and Sanitation No Drop programme requirements
