Improve bakery sales through the planning, coordination, management and execution of instore promotional activities, pro-mobile activations and other brand activities in line with the company SOP’s and brand plans and targets by:
Engaging with the relevant sales representatives or sales persons to support activities at targeted stores requiring promotional activities
Agreement and management of promoter schedules, stock requirements and promoter materials (POS) as per checklists and brand CI standards
Agreement of number of promoters required per event /store
Briefing/ training of promoters in collaboration with the corporate promotions coordinator
Ensuring promoters wear uniforms according to agreed uniform guidelines
Ensuring mascot and promotional material kit is kept clean and in good repair
Tracking, reporting achievement against plan for the above
Identify areas for improvement
Coordinate and manage Schools Programmes at local schools as per agreed plans and budget with the relevant stakeholders.
Support CSI projects identified by the sales team or brand ambassador by arranging the required resources and materials needed according to the company SOP and procedures for donations.
Optimise promotions return on investment by ensuring cost control of all promotional give-away items and stock in line with agreed budget and free stock limits.
Supervise and manage promotional team performance in line with Premier leadership promise, agreed targets, KPI’s and people processes to ensure high performance and cost-effective execution.
Ensure continuous improvement of promotional activations by tracking, reporting, analysing sales activation costs against past performance and estimate potential for growth.
Support promobile / fleet excellence by reporting any faults with the truck or sound system to the relevant manager
