Supervise, coordinate, and support maintenance teams to ensure efficient delivery of daily operational activities.
Ensure that both planned (preventative) and unplanned (reactive) maintenance is carried out timeously and in accordance with approved standards and procedures.
Monitor and manage the condition of all properties, ensuring that maintenance and repair works are executed to required quality standards.
Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and track team performance to ensure productivity and accountability.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, potential risks, and areas requiring improvement.
Liaise with Infrastructure, service providers, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents.
Requirements
Qualifications:
National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management and/or maintenance within a similar environment.
At least 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Proven experience in managing both preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
Experience working with contractors and service providers
