Supervisor Driver x3-Engineer Services at Drakenstein Municipality

JOB PURPOSE:

• Co-ordinate and controls the setup, work in progress and completion of specialized activities associated with repairing of road/sidewalk infrastructure e.g. kerbs, brickwork, brick paving etc. including monitoring and correcting the productivity and performance of support personnel, attending to routine / general administrative recording requirements contributing to the accomplishment of departmental objectives.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:

• Grade 9 or equivalent technical qualification

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Code C driver’s license
• Public Drivers Permit
• Supervisory skills
• Human relations and communication skills
• Ability to give attention to detail
• High level of responsibility

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years’ experience
