Job Description

Responsibilities
- Control & report product quality parameters
- Update and maintain shift report
- Control product, production processes & raw material stock level
- Maintain people, plant, machinery and equipment
- Regular plant inspections and report deviations
- Ensure adharance to safety, health & hygiene standards
- Ensure adherence to document control policies
- Managed team and ensure team is trained on operational processes
- Update shift time sheets
Qualifications
- Grade 12 and/or Relevant National Training Certificate / Qualification
- Four to five years relevant FMCG experience
- Proven supervisory experience
