Carries out the assigned production line, process parameters and measurements and cleaning requirements according to the approved work instructions/packaging requirements etc. and sets the equipment / machines with operators accordingly
Ensures that planned volumes are achieved with the main KPIs being achieved.
Manages labour resources allocated to the production lines
Manage the 1st line maintenance of the production line with machine specifications and SOPs
Generate job cards and ensure that downtime is at its minimum
Conduct weekly/monthly stock takes
Conduct weekly cycle counts
Investigate stock variances
