    Sales Representative

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Grade 12 qualification
    • Post graduate qualification in sales or marketing
    • Valid drivers license

    Experience Requirements

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in a similar position in the FMCG industry.

    Competencies (knowledge, skills and attributes):

    • Ability to build good trade relationships.
    • Good administration skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Working independently
    • Analytical thinker
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Computer literacy.

    Key Outputs

    Job specification entails the following:

    • Interpretation of sales data and implement action plans to generate new business, grow existing business and maintain the current businesses.

    Brand Manager Mister Sweet Champion Candy Tops

    As a Brand Manager, you will:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand equity, increase revenue and expand market share
    • Create and implement brand strategies leveraging insight from competitors, consumers, and industry trends to inform strategy.
    • Ensure the brand’s positioning resonates with the target market and develop impactful campaigns, promotions including digital and social media
    • Lead innovation pipeline, new product launches and packaging projects, co-ordinating cross-functional teams aligned to gate process (Project Management, R&D, Operations, Sales and Finance) to ensure timely and successful execution
    • Develop and execute shopper marketing plans across channels (including e-commerce), including optimizing weighted distribution, shelf share and new product launches
    • Use business, market, consumer insights, trends and in-trade observations to drive long term strategy, short term tactics and innovation concepts
    • Create business cases, action plans and implement necessary tactics and highlight opportunities and risks to stakeholders
    • Build and manage relationships with internal and external suppliers and ensure alignment and facilitate decision-making across departments

    Qualification Requirements

    • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or Advertising. A post-graduate specialisation in Marketing is preferable.

    Experience Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience Marketing/Consumer/Category/Sales role in FMCG

    Key Outputs

    • Marketing in FMCG with interaction with trade and sales, shopper marketing and digital marketing experience will be advantageous

    Supervisor Production

    Qualification Requirements

    • Matric
    • NQF5 in relevant field will be an advantage

    Experience Requirements

    • 2-3 years’ FMCG experience

    Key Outputs

    • Carries out the assigned production line, process parameters and measurements and cleaning requirements according to the approved work instructions/packaging requirements etc. and sets the equipment / machines with operators accordingly
    • Ensures that planned volumes are achieved with the main KPIs being achieved.
    • Manages labour resources allocated to the production lines
    • Manage the 1st line maintenance of the production line with machine specifications and SOPs
    • Generate job cards and ensure that downtime is at its minimum
    • Conduct weekly/monthly stock takes
    • Conduct weekly cycle counts
    • Investigate stock variances
    • Initiate and identify gaps within relevant production lines and drive continuous improvement

    Manager Quality Assurance

    Qualification Requirements

    • Matric
    • Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or similar tertiary qualification. 

    Experience Requirements

    • 5-7 years’ industry experience in the bakery and/or milling environment including food safety and quality control
    • 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial position

    Key Outputs

    • To prepare and implement the Premier FMCG and site QC strategy and QC plans.
    • Leading site QA team towards world class quality standards.
    • Provide guidance and assistance to the site HOD’s in relevant QC issues.
    • Monitor the QC Performance for the site.
    • Review, challenge and approve QC plans and procedures.
    • Maintain the HACCP, ISO 22000 system.
    • Provide adequate management information, based on consolidated reporting.
