Purpose of the job     

• To produce bread in accordance with set specifications

Responsibilities:

• Bake plan calculations
• Capacity constraints resources (CCR)
• Quality management
• SOP’s
• On the job training
• Stock management
• Technical support
• Attend Invocoms
• Conduct Audits, awareness, training and compliance of Food Safety requirements, maintenance compliance, and Health and Safety awareness within area of responsibility.

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 (matric) certificate or higher

Experience Requirements    

• 5 years’ FMCG experience
• S.A Chamber of baking certificate
