Supply Chain Analyst at RCL Foods

RCL FOODS entrusts the Supply Chain Analyst to design and deliver supply chain management and strategic sourcing solutions using world class optimisation, planning and analytics technologies.

What do you we require?

• Industrial & Systems Engineering degree (University Level).
• Post graduate or Master’s degree a plus
• 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar Supply Chain role, applying analytical methods to Supply Chain- and business problems.
• Experience in or knowledge of Supply chain planning and design (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical skills).
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of simulation and the differences between optimization and simulation.
• Knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages.
• Familiarity with planning, forecasting, transportation, inventory management, and strategic sourcing.
• Foundational information systems knowledge and experience.
• Database- and some programming skills a plus, especially in Supply Chain optimization software packages.
• The ideal candidate would have some previous Supply chain consulting and Costing experience.
