Job Purpose    

• The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government has an employment opportunity for a competent individual to render a supply chain management (SCM) clerical services.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

• Render asset management clerical support; Render demand and acquisition clerical support; Render a budget support service.

Competencies    

• A good understanding of the following: Supply chain duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Work procedures in terms of the working environment.
