Introduction

Develop the required RFQ’s for the new Managed Service Contract for the client in that they:

• ensure that all required Services are defined in detail.
• ensure that all elements of the current contract are reviewed with the operational teams and reviewed.
• detail and defined the Service Elements in a measurable format.
• develop a new global best practice set of SLA’s with the Operational teams to ensure that the successful Vendor/s can be held measurable and accountable.

Work with Supply chain to develop the RFQ and facilitate any requested tours and Q&A Sessions with potential Vendors. Become the Single Point of Contact for the Managed Outsource Contract relating to the Client Environment that is current serviced by the DCX Master Contract.

Run the RFQ process as a project with a full visible schedule ensuring that there are no delays in moving towards the new Managed Contract.

Once the successful vendor/s is appointed:

• Be the Single POC across the Operational/Supply/ and Legal to set up the Master Services Agreements and Exxaro Centric contract.
• Onboard and Offboard (where applicable) the current/new Vendors with the Operational Team.
• Work with the Operational Teams and Vendors to set up the Operational Process and Training on the required Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years' of supply chain experience
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
