Supply Chain Specialist - Pretoria at Arjo

• As the Supply Chain Specialist you will need to ensure the accurate and timeous execution of the supply chain and procurement processes.

As the Supply Chain Specialist you will be responsible for:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily execution of the end to end process of freight forwarding and shipping into international and local markets
• Daily execution of the end to end procurement process that include both International and local suppliers
• Processing and analysing of data on both excel and the internal ERP system 
• Maintaining accurate processing of controls, processes and record keeping
• Accurate processing of all supply chain and procurement SOP’s

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Relevant Logistics or Supply Chain qualification
• At least 5 year experience in a similar position
• Logistics experience with China and Africa
• Knowledge of bank approved letter of credit will be advantageous
• Customer service orientated
• High energy, self-starter with the ability to be pro-active
