About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support in network infrastructure technologies.
• Troubleshoot internet and email connectivity challenges.
• Swiftly resolve technical issues using fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate solutions effectively in English and Afrikaans.

Requirements & Minimum Qualification

• National Matric Certificate (completed)
• Comptia A+ or N+ certification is essential
• Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies
• Strong technical aptitude with fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans
• South African citizenship and valid ID document
• Valid Driver's License and access to own vehicle
• Residency in Pretoria, Johannesburg or surrounding areas
• Commitment, professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct

Additional Qualification & Experience

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• 1+ years of experience in desktop, cloud, and network support
• Familiarity with VOIP systems preferred
• Prior experience in Network Support is beneficial
• Exposure to Cybersecurity practices is advantageous
• Minimum Requirements:  CompTIA A+/N+
