The Incumbent will be part of a dynamic team working on enterprise software systems. The Systems Analyst Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship. Responsible for mainly maintaining and first line support on Syspro- and integrated systems/applications. This means to document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems, programs and integrations, administrative tasks, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
He/she is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the BKB Group can successfully conduct business in the various systems, leadership can measure financial performance, and that the business can harness the full potential of all system software in line with our long-term strategy to unify support and consulting on a common operating model.

Required minimum education/training
- Associated degree in computer related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Working experience in Syspro ERP solution
- Financial accounting
Required minimum work experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience as an ERP system Support Analyst
- At least 5 years’ experience implementing ERP and other software solutions
- Experience with managing teams to develop and implement software applications
- Experience with leading a team
- Ability and aptitude to continuously search for enhancements and innovation
- Dynamic (ability to learn other technologies and take on different responsibilities)
- Logical thinker (strong troubleshooting skills)

- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
- Proficient in writing fine-tuned SQL queries, stored procedures (e.g. MSSQL code) and working with data in relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL etc.
- Experience in SQL Server Report Services
Knowledge
- Ability to: Recognize and resolve system related problems; work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the systems process within department guidelines
- Financial background
- Understanding the overall business process and how to align system functionality and business processes.
- Ability to understand the structure of the systems database and where all the data is stored in order to extract ad-hoc reports.
- Skilled at defining report requirements for users as well as documenting systems changes required.
- Understanding of SQL and how to extract data from a relational database for problem analysis as well as ad-hoc report extraction.
