    System Certification Operation Team Leader

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of 5 people
    • Full accountability and supervise all the operation activities
    • Supervise the provision of work to all operations staff
    • Provide required management information to senior management on team performance and effectiveness.
    • Leading and coaching current/new team members
    • Continual Operational Reporting – consisting of weekly, monthly and annual reporting on elements such as Client manager utilization, Profitability sheets, Days movement, Attrition days, Accrued Revenue, Hybrid audit % and team performance according to KPIs set

    To Be Successful In The Role:

    • At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, preferably in the same industry
    • Strong supervisory skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Organized and Methodical
