Job Advert Summary    

 Are you passionate about customer service?  We need you to assist with cost estimations and quotations. 

The main purpose of the  job is to help the sales team with proposals, tracking costs, understanding the customer's specifications and calculating the final budget for the project, product or service. You will be required to  collaborate with Engineers, Architects and Contractors.  

Minimum Requirements    

•  Technical qualification would be an added advantage
•  5 – 10 years’ experience in manufacturing or quoting field desirable
•  Strong working knowledge of MS Office products
•  Sound working knowledge of Syspro Manufacturing an added advantage
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Flexibility and desire to take additional responsibilities
•  Strong team player and excellent people skills
•  Ability to work under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Maintain and update enquiry / quotation information on the Company quotation database
•  Process and price enquiries accurately from drawings and / or bills of quantity
•  Completion of customer questionnaire sheets
•  Provide production / purchasing teams with quotation information
•  Establish Cost and List price matrices
•  Monitor progress on submitted quotations
•  Assist in the sales functions of the Company by maintaining good working relationship with customers
