Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Preparation of quotations and delivery notes
•  Internal office support 
•  General administration duties
•  General branch assistance
•  Processing of sales orders and invoicing
•  Expediting, maintaining and releasing of orders
•  Manage driver and logistics function
•  Capturing of Service Fitters hours
•  Month end procedures 
•  Ability to work overtime or weekends
•  Maintain office cleanliness
•  Maintain Health and Safety Files

The main purpose of the job is to take deliveries to Hytec SA cutomers and manage stock levels when required in a Storeman function. Their primary duties include receiving and dispatching goods from the stores, storing goods received appropriately and resolving discrepancies in the delivery of goods.

Minimum Requirements    

•  Matric or equivalent qualification
•  Valid Code EC driver’s licence with a PDP (Mandatory)
•  At least 2 years delivery experience 
•  Good timekeeping and dedication to the team

•  Willing to work overtime 
•  Medically fit

Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Ensure that goods are received and delivered correctly   
•  Efficiently plan and manage all delivery and/or collection routes
•  Pick stock for workshop and local deliveries
•  Pack stock for customer orders
•  Second checking of goods picked
•  Adhere to safety requirements

Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Maintain and update enquiry / quotation information on the Company quotation database
•  Process and price enquiries accurately from drawings and / or bills of quantity
•  Completion of customer questionnaire sheets
•  Provide production / purchasing teams with quotation information
•  Establish Cost and List price matrices
•  Monitor progress on submitted quotations
•  Assist in the sales functions of the Company by maintaining good working relationship with customers
