The main purpose of the job includes receiving and dispatching goods from the stores, storing goods received appropriately and resolving discrepancies in the delivery of goods.

Minimum Requirements    

•  Matric
•  2 – 3 years’ experience working in stores 
•  Good timekeeping and dedication to the team
•  Attention to detail
•  Good communication and people skills
•  Willing to work overtime and assist with the stores function 

Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Ensure that correct goods are received   
•  Pack stock for customer orders. Air, road, or sea freight and local deliveries
•  Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the stores
•  Conduct Cyclical stock counts
•  Second checking of goods picked
•  Adhere to safety requirements
