    Systems Analyst IT Support X2

    Job description

    • Provide user support for logged incidents and requests
    • Develop solutions and enhancements on backend services and systems
    • Performs system testing
    • Perform system changes and enhancements
    • Perform process documentation and reviews 

    Minimum requirements
    Qualification(s): 

    • National Diploma in Information Technology/ Engineering/Information Systems at NQF6 with 240 credits

    Related Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of Experience in information technology
