This position involves coordinating tasks between development teams, providing first-line support for ERP help-desk issues, performing quality assurance on development work, testing system functionality, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes and technical specifications. The coordinator will play a key role in streamlining workflows and enhancing user experience within the ERP environment.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
ODOO Certification or Project Management- Preferred
Minimum Experience:
3 Years proven experience in a systems coordinator, support, or similar role, preferably with Odoo or other ERP systems.
Experience in quality assurance, system testing, and project management.
Technical Skills:
Experience in ERP systems preferably Odoo
Strong understanding of Odoo modules, functionalities, and workflows.
Familiarity with database management and basic programming/scripting.
Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., Viscio, SharePoint) and project management software (e.g., Azure).
