Systems Developer at Sandvik

Purpose of the role:

• Perform IT system development according to business demands
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.

The job responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities
• Create pre-studies, system specifications and time estimates
• Determines systems software design requirements and develop systems considering scalability, security, accessibility and extendibility
• Design, create and test program source code
• Suggest solution(s) and functionality to Business Partners and provides technical assistance to applications developer team
• Generates system software engineering policies, standards and procedures
• Maintain and administer current systems and software tools

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• BTech degree in ICT (Information Communication Technology) specialising in Web Application Technology
• Web application creation and maintenance experience of at least 5 years
