Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading our support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues. In addition you will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and maintaining our internal systems & infrastructure. You will be expected to analyze internal systems being used and where necessary identify areas of improvement. You will also act as a project coordinator across multiple teams where necessary.
