    Systems & Helpdesk Manager

    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for leading our support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues. In addition you will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and maintaining our internal systems & infrastructure. You will be expected to analyze internal systems being used and where necessary identify areas of improvement. You will also act as a project coordinator across multiple teams where necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Higher Education (Degree, Diploma or Tertiary IT Course)
    • Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, IIS Server, SQL Server
    • Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Applications
    • Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Azure & Azure services
    • Basic understanding of system architecture.
    • Knowledge of HTML, XML & Web Services all advantageous
    • Knowledge of Tourplan and accounts a distinct advantage
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service sills
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
    • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers
