Talent Acquisition Consultant

Skills:
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, internal recruiter or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing techniques
- Experience in strategic talent planning
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Skills to headhunt dynamic individuals
- Basic office admin
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years’experience in recruitment
- Matric + Qualification in HR related studies
- A hunger and drive to overachieve and succeed
