    Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Skills:

    • Proven work experience as a recruiter, internal recruiter or similar role
    • Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing techniques
    • Experience in strategic talent planning
    • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
    • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles
    • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
    • Skills to headhunt dynamic individuals
    • Basic office admin

     

    Requirements:

    • 3-5+ years’experience in recruitment
    • Matric + Qualification in HR related studies
    • A hunger and drive to overachieve and succeed
