The Talent Acquisition Consultant II is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
They ensure a superior candidate experience and oversee the offer process.
Additionally, they contribute to acquisition projects and initiatives, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers, and take on more complex recruitment assignments.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Related HR Diploma, Degree or Postgrad professional qualification
5+ years relevant Talent Acquisition experience
Experience in delivery of the full recruitment process
Proficiency in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
Strong stakeholder relationship management
