Talent Acquisition Consultant at Zutari

Role Introduction

We have a career opportunity for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant with a proven track record in innovative sourcing within the engineering and/or consulting industries in Africa and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities:

• Create Talent Acquisition Strategies including Social Media campaigns to attract and secure high performing talent in the African and Middle East markets to support our business growth;

• Own the full Talent Acquisition cycle with strong systems and process experience ensuring governance;

• Proactively build and apply strategic sourcing plans and practices to create pipeline and secure talent requirements;

• Strong market networks and social media presence and experience;

• Operate confidently and strategically with a great “can do” attitude influenced by “fit for future”; and

• Applicant Tracking System experience beneficial (Workday experience would be a differentiator!)

Minimum Requirements:

• Human Resources qualification and background in Professional Services;

• 4+ years relevant talent acquisition experience in engineering and/or consulting across Africa and the Middle East;

• Strong relationship builder with ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders;

• Commercially astute with sound business acumen;

• Professional, confident communication, and approach to drive strategic business partnering;

• Strong administration and planning skills

• Live by the Zutari codes, ensuring compliance and driving transformation; and

• Hiring Manager coaching and upskilling experience
