• RCL FOODS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern FTC who is seeking to knowledge and growth in the HR field.
• This role will be based in Westville, Durban and will require a driven and energetic intern to provide day to day admin support for the relevant team. This is a Fixed Term Contract role.

Minimum Requirements    

• Must reside in Kwa-Zulu Natal
• 0 - 1 years of HR experience
• Completed Tertiary HR qualification or related

Duties & Responsibilities    
Purpose of the Role

• The purpose of the role is to provide day to day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with all recruitment related functions as per the team’s direction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment administration support
• Ensure references are carried out wholly and timeously as per team’s request
• Ensure MIE checks are captured on the system as per team’s request
• Assist with setting up interviews
• Provide first line support to e-Recruitment System) users
• Liaise with external service providers and internal teams
• Create and track workflows for payments
• Day to day ad hoc admin tasks
