Talent Acquisition Intern at Initiate International

What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless talent acquisition operations
• Collaborate with hiring teams to coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and enhance recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and organized records in our ATS and other recruitment systems
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
• Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A passion for people and a drive to succeed in talent acquisition
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
