    Talent Acquisition Intern

    What will you do?

    As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a vital role in helping us find, attract, and onboard top talent! 

    • You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting and publishing job adverts to coordinating interviews, site visits, and pre-employment checks. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm will ensure every step of the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Most importantly, you’ll help create a seamless, memorable experience for every candidate — because for you, the candidate experience always comes first. 

    Qualification

    • HR related Degree or Diploma or related qualification

    This exciting internship role will see you accountable for:

    • Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment - publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks
    • Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority
    • Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team 
    • Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the TA and HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
    • Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
    • Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team

    Knowledge and Skills

    • HR Process and Practice implementation
    • HR administrative support
    • Data analytics and MIS reporting
