    Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Interview and Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess potential candidates.
    • Placement and Follow-up: Match candidates to suitable roles and ensure a smooth hiring process.
    • Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment with sales/ business development
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong ability to identify and evaluate talent.
      • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
      • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets.
      • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
