Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 5 years

- Job Field Human Resources / HR
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, or related field.
- Preferred: Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :
- At least 5 years’ experience in attracting, screening, interviewing and acquiring talent at various levels
- Knowledge of and experience of HR practices and relevant legislation
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting methods, with demonstrated experience in successfully placement
- 2 - 5 experience as a Researcher (advantageous)
- Experience in using various agency portals and platforms to develop pipeline talent pools
- Proven skill and experience with regards to writing advertisements, branding and advertising
- Experience in recruiting advisers within tied agency context would be preferrable
- Strong reporting, analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
